Intense Detoxification - Infrared heat penetrates the skin 7x more efficiently than regular heat. This means your body is able to flush out toxins that it wouldn’t usually when exposed to a regular sauna. Please bring a comfortable, long sleeved top and full length gym/yoga trousers and socks to change into for your saunawear, and take them home when finished, like a swimming costume at the pool. Please remove any metals, jewellery, or magnetic apparel. Drinking water, towels for the head and after shower towels are provided here. Temperature can be manually altered between 35-75 degrees Celsius. The blanket cocoon will be ready for you at 50 degrees and once you are inside, you can build up gradually and cautiously, for the full sauna experience. 30 minutes to 1 hour is recommended inside the blanket, which gives you 15 minutes for preparation and after sauna cooling shower with 45, 60 or 75 minute treatment times. Once you've finished, Steve will open up the blanket to let it cool down, then wipe with a towel and antibacterial spray clean inside - there's no cleaning up for you!
