Steve is very pleased to provide you with a weight loss programme that is nutritionally complete, i.e. it contains all vitamins, minerals and trace elements that are in the recommended adult daily intake). The plans are proven to be effective, previously known as the Cambridge Weight Plan Programmes, which have been researched and available for over 40 years- they were first developed by Dr Alan Howard at the University of Cambridge in 1984 - feel free to read the original and ongoing medical research. You are free to choose over 35 meals!
Benefits of weight loss to your health include reducing or preventing vulnerability of illnesses such as flu, colds and viruses, diabetes medication, heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, depression, mobility and pain (eg in the hips and knees), loss of body confidence, stamina and libido. It can often be required preparation for an operation or bariatric surgery. The ready-made, calorie-controlled and nutritionally complete (i.e. they contain all vitamins, minerals and trace elements that are in the recommended adult daily intake) meals are chosen by your tastes.
Steve has been a successful Consultant for Cambridge Weight Plan Programmes, now known as the 1:1 Diet, since 2011. These programmes offer over 35 meal replacements for 1-4 meals a day and include a large range of tasty low calorie, nutritionally complete rice curries, pasta dishes, soups, porridges, shakes, smoothies, and bars. This means your body gets all the nutrition that is recommended (vitamins, minerals and trace elements) without the calories. The meals each have long shelf lives and are packaged in small individual packets, to be stored in small cupboards or travel bags/stores, outside the fridge.
You can choose Shakes, Ready to Drink Shakes, Smoothies, Soups, Porridge, Bars, Ready Meals (Curry, Pasta, Casserole, Chilli), Snacks (Pop Squares; Fava Beans; Choc Bites), and Water Flavourings.
